자격조건
+ 미국/한국에서 유아교육 전공자( 혹은 미국에서 유아교육 관련 자격증 소유)입니다.
+ 한국어와 영어 구사가 가능하신 분(아이들에게 책을 읽어줄 수 있을 정도)입니다.
+ 미국에서 합법적으로 근무 할 수 있는 신분을 소지하신 분
+ Live Scan fingerprints와 현재 TB test 통과하신 분
+ 3-5세 연령의 아이 교육 경력이 있으신분(1-2년 정도)
+ 무엇보다 기독교 가치관을 가지고 아이들의 성장과정을 함께 사랑으로 지도 하고자 하시는 분입니다.
Education and Training Requirements
• 12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) units required.
• Preschool Teaching experience is preferred.
• Live Scan fingerprints clearance.
• Current TB test clearance.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be available to work Full Time.
교사의 책임과 의무
+ 나이에 적합한 교육적이고 창의적인 유치원 프로그램을 개발 한다.(풀타임 교사)
+ 다양한 교육 방법 (이야기, 연극, 미디어, 등)을 접목시켜 아이들을 가르친다.
+ 아이들을 관찰하여 사회적 역량과 자존감 향상에 도움을 준다.
+ 아이들이 서로 관계를 배우고 관계 가운데 발생하는 논쟁, 불화를 건강한 방법으로 해소하고 배울 수 있도록 지지한다.
+ 아이들의 예술적 실지적 역량을 교과목을 통하여 발달 시키도록 이끌 수 있다. (모양, 숫자, 색깔, 구별 등)
+ 낮잠/간식 시간을 계획하고 아이들의 안전을 감독한다.
+ 아이들의 성장 과정을 점검하고 부모들에게 보고한다.
+ 부모와 정기적으로 소통하여 아이들의 자라는 환경과 심리를 이해하는데 노력한다.
+ 교육자들과 협력한다.
+ 청결하고 정리 정돈된 교실을 건강과 안전 수칙에 따라 일관되게 관리한다.
Responsibilities
• Develop an educational and creative program suitable for preschool children (Full-time classroom teacher)
• Employ a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media, etc.) to teach children
• Observe each child help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem
• Encourage children to interact with each other and resolve occasional arguments
• Guide children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum (identify shapes, numbers, or colors, do crafts, etc.)
• Organize nap and snack hours and supervise children to ensure they are safe at all times.
• Track children's progress and report to parents
• Communicate with parents regularly to understand the children's background and psyche
• Collaborate with other educators
• Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards
